We are open by appointment to researchers. Please use the “contact us” link if there is something in our collection that you would like to view.
Masks are required. If you are vaccinated for Covid-19 like the archivists are at WCSU, you may be allowed to remove your mask in the reading room if there alone. As a courtesy, we ask that you inform us if you have been vaccinated; otherwise, we will assume that you have not.
The Archives is located in the basement of the Haas Library and is open 8-4 M,T and TH; 8AM-9PM W – all hours by appointment.
The WCSU Archives welcomes all members of the WCSU Community (WCSU students, parents of students, faculty, alums, and administration) and the general public.
Parking is available at meters on 5th Avenue, spaces on 9th Avenue and in visitor spots in the lot adjacent to “Old Main” on White Street. If closer parking is required, please let the Archivist know and arrangements can be made.
There is equipment at the Archives to make duplication scans of photographs, documents, and transparencies of WCSU materials. There are also facilities to make digital duplications of video and audio recordings in our holdings. For patrons who are not members of the WCSU Community, there are some fees associated with duplication. Commercial uses of materials requires written permission and may require an additional fee.
